Veritas Clinical

A chart-reality amplifier for clinicians. The demo is free and stores nothing; Pro keeps the audit trail; Enterprise deploys it inside your service under a BAA with a licensed drug authority.

Every finding cites its source line. No unsourced claims. Pro keeps a hash-chained, tamper-evident audit trail The physician stays the pilot — Veritas never makes the call
An AI summary that's confidently wrong is a liability. A cited, time-aware brief is a defense.

Pro is the difference between "the assistant said it was fine" and a reviewable record showing exactly what the chart did — and did not — support at the moment of decision, signed off and logged. At $49/clinician/mo, one defensible encounter pays for the month.

Before you upgrade

Is this a medical device or a source of clinical advice?

No. Veritas Clinical is a provenance, audit & review layer that sits on top of a licensed authority. It reconstructs what the record supported at each point in time and cites every line — it does not make the clinical decision. The physician stays the pilot.

What happens to patient data?

The Demo stores nothing — every record is analysed in memory and discarded. Pro keeps the audit trail you choose to sign off, hash-chained and tamper-evident. For PHI at scale, Enterprise deploys inside your service under a BAA with a licensed drug authority.

Why pay for Pro when the demo does the analysis?

The demo shows you the brief; Pro makes it defensible — a persistent, hash-chained record with in-app clinician sign-off (acknowledged / overridden / escalated) and downloadable history. It's the part you reach for when someone asks "what did you know, and when?"

What does Enterprise add over Pro?

A licensed drug authority (DrugBank / First Databank) in place of the demonstration KB, a BAA and local-first / on-prem deployment, SSO, audit export, and role-based review — with integration support and SLAs. Book a pilot.

Pro is provenance, audit & review tooling — not a source of clinical drug advice. The bundled authority is demonstration-only; production use brings a licensed KB (Enterprise) or your own. DEMONSTRATION software — not a medical device, not medical advice.
